What positions are we currently looking for?

Customs operator

Your duties include the following:

Contact person for matters related to customs and foreign trade
Classification of goods in the appropriate customs chapter (tarification)
Applying the correct customs procedures to the assignments
Creation of import/export customs declarations, movement certificate applications, customs value declarations, exit declarations
Handling of transit procedures
Review of the applicable origin and applicability of any trade agreement, cooperation with the authorities

Operative

Our activities will be expanded to include the following tasks, among others:

Operational handling of import/export air freight shipments
Coordination of incoming customer orders
Registration of orders and assignment of incoming/outgoing air freight shipments
Close contact with our warehouse department for cargo coordination
Support and advice to customers in the field of logistics
Direct contact with service providers, airlines and freighters, Cooperation with the authorities
Analysis and records of processing events

We require from you

Preferably previous carrier/customs experience
Spoken English
Proficient knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on mentality and initiative
Communicative, open-minded team player
Good organizational skills
Resilience – you can keep a cool head in stressful situations and work in a goal-oriented manner
Accuracy
